The Down To Earth Dad® Master Classes for Early Educators, administrators, practitioners, and care providers occur monthly via Zoom and feature a special guest.
It’s called a master class because it’s led by someone who has “mastered” some aspect of father/male engagement or possesses information unique to, or which can be conjoined with, engaged fatherhood.
This is a form of professional development that’s convenient for your team to participate in, dropping in monthly as they can — up to nine times a year. The Down To Earth Dad® Founder Patrick Mitchell facilitates.
The focus is getting (and keeping) good men optimally engaged — at school and home. Tried, tested, and proven-effective strategies to engage fathers are provided alongside FRESH ideas and NEW approaches to empower you to optimize male engagement and thereby boost children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Topics also include boosting parent-and-family engagement via early-literacy enhancement in support of school readiness and other program/school goals.
